Idaho's Rising Star is produced by the Idaho Arts Charter School Foundation as a state wide competition and celebration of Idaho's talented vocalists. The Idaho Arts Charter School Foundation is dedicated to Provide | Enrich | Enhance | Promote Educational Excellence through the Arts on behalf of Idaho Arts Charter School, it's students, teachers, staff, and the community at large. The IACS Foundation works to accomplish these goals through fundraising, grant writing and private donations.

Annually, the Foundation is focused on meeting the needs of students who are financially disadvantaged, building and maintaining facilities, technology and equipment, offering community outreach and ensuring the highest quality instructional programs available.

Proceeds raised from the Idaho's Rising Star and the Idaho Festival of the Arts shall help the Foundation achieve it's goals. [Learn more]

Idaho Arts Charter School recently purchased and remodeled the old Lakeview School in Nampa. We hope to be able to assist in funding a performing arts auditorium for the school and community. Providing the funds for the performing arts auditorium will not only benefit the students at IACS, but also open the doors for after-school art programs and lessons for underprivileged students in the surrounding community. The Foundation is currently working to establish partnerships with area organizations to work together in accomplishing this much needed opportunity. [Learn more]
